1. Overview

At Amruta Enterprises , customer satisfaction is central to our operations. We take pride in delivering top-tier clothing, apparel, footwear, and premium accessories. If you are not completely content with your purchase, you may request a return or a refund strictly under the criteria established below.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a valid return, all the following stringent conditions must be met in full:

The formal return request must be raised within 7 days from the exact date of delivery.
The product must remain entirely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its pristine original condition.
All original product tags, brand labels, protective packaging, and the purchase invoice must be intact and returned.
The product must show zero signs of damage due to customer handling, misuse, or improper trial.

Non-Returnable Items Notice: Products that are custom-made, personalized, altered to size, bought via stock clearance events, innerwear, socks, or explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product landing page cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. The Return Process

To successfully initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Send an email to hello@amrutaent.com or contact our customer desk at +91 9654092056 (WhatsApp preferred) within the authorized 7-day window.
Provide your order number, invoice copy, and a precise description of your reason for requesting a return.
Upon review and formal approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2–4 working days, or instruct you to securely pack the item and ship it back to our designated warehouse address.
Return shipping charges must be borne entirely by the customer, except in cases where the return is necessitated by a company mistake (i.e., you received a demonstrably defective, wrong, or damaged item).

4. Refund Disbursal Process

Following the arrival of your returned package at our fulfillment center, it will undergo a meticulous quality assessment.
Once the product passes quality inspection, your refund will be formally approved and initiated.
Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method utilized during the initial purchase transaction. Cash on delivery refunds are processed to your bank account via UPI or NEFT — we will ask for your details.
Standard refund processing timelines range between 5–10 business days, depending heavily on your banking institution or gateway partner.

5. Product Replacements & Exchanges

Product exchanges are handled strictly subject to real-time inventory availability. If you request an exchange for a size or color that is completely out of stock, the exchange request will be automatically converted, and a refund will be issued to your account as per standard policy guidelines.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or completely incorrect item, you must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Your claim must be accompanied by explicit photographic or unboxing video evidence. Following verification, we will arrange a complimentary replacement or process a full refund without any return shipping charges levied on you.

7. Post-Delivery Cancellations

We do not entertain cancellation requests once a package has been successfully delivered to the customer. Any issues or dissatisfaction regarding a delivered order must be handled strictly under the guidelines of this Refund & Return Policy.
