Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically arrive in 2–5 working days depending on your pin code. You will receive tracking details on WhatsApp and email.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across India on all orders. You can also pay online via UPI, cards or net banking at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. Raise a return request from your account or WhatsApp us your order number.
How do I find my size?
Each product page lists measurements in inches. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for tops and keeping your usual size for bottoms. Need help? Message us — we reply with personalised size advice.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is coming soon — subscribe to our newsletter to be notified.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp and email. You can also see order status under My Account → Orders.
